How can I increase my water intake if I suffer from morning sickness or nausea during pregnancy?

For many expecting mothers, especially during the first few weeks of pregnancy, it is difficult to hit the mark with their daily required water intake. There is more than morning sickness that cause women not being able to drink water during pregnancy. Some simply just forget or cannot deal with the taste of water.  Lime or lemon slices in water can help to increase the taste of water while water rich fruits along with cucumbers can help to increase water intake when you do not feel so good. Usually fresh water rich fruits and vegetables that are not rich makes it easier to get supply your body with water when you feel a little under the weather. Small amounts at frequent intervals will do the trick regardless if it is water, water rich fruit snacks or healthy drinks.
