This is a very common problem amongst many elderly people that cause them to refuse to drink fluids voluntarily. However there is a way to overcome the fear by changing when and how much they drink during a day. It is better for them to drink as much fluids during the day in small volumes at regular intervals and limit their fluid intake at night time and before bed.
